The weekend we've been waiting ONE AND A HALF WHOLE YEARS for finally came....and now it's gone. Sniff. Tear. Miss Holly Shand is now Mrs. Holland Elizabeth Darcy and it was indeed wonderful. Durango is beautiful and made me want to wear cowboy boots. We stayed in a chilly mountain cottage and the three of us snuggled in the most comfortable bed in North America. I made notes so I can re-create it at home. I must still go shopping for the ingredients. With the exclusion of one broken down rental mini van in Pagosa Springs causing me to go into a panic that I would be missing my best friend's rehearsal dinner, we had an amazing time. Here is our weekend in Durango in pictures (wedding excluded....it deserves it's own post). Also, thanks Mom & Pop for driving 10 hours in a mini van with us and our very attention hungry (and loud) baby and for being brave enough to babysit him while we were at wedding festivities even though he refuses to take a bottle or a pacifier. Also for being meals on wheels when he got hungry. You two deserve the Grammy and Pop Pop of the year award!
