In July, Duke and I spent two weeks in Colorado while Ritch was away on some work travel. Duke and Grammy had a daily ritual of watering the plants on the back deck. If you were outside, you had better be prepared to be offered a hose drink (and like it). Also, deck watering in the summer is best when done without pants.
